If the event is less than one hour long, it is not displayed in the day view.
If one creates an event but does not change the times of the event from the default values it doesn't show up in the day view at all.

Should an all day event get shown spanning all of the time lines in day view, because it doesn't.
It's possible but the all days events would take a lot of place then especially with a long title, I prefer gathering them outside the times lines.
There's some bugs with ongoing events :
* if the event start a few day before and stop on the day which is view, the event appear correctly on the times lines and both outside.
* if the event start on the day which is view, the event appear correctly on the times lines and NOT on the outside box but there are several cases for the following day
- if the end day is n+1 (whatever is the month) the event appear on the times lines BUT not outside
- else the event doesn't appear o nthe following day but days after.
