Hmm, even after a rebuild of libcitadel and webcit, I'm getting a title 
bar on the login screen that says:  
   
 Handler [CONTEXTSTR] (in 
'/appl/develcit/trunk/webcit/static//t/beginbox.html' line 3); requires 
context of type 12, have 0!  
 [CONTEXTSTR("X")]
