[Citadel Development] reply-quoted broken?

In my very recdent svn build, reply quoted constructs the recipient address
wrongly.

 

If the original from header was of the form:From: "Full Name"
<n...@example.com>then the recipient becomes; Full Name regular (non-quoted)
reply works fine. Sam
