If you try

./citadel-/nnnnnnnnnn-xxx/.appimage --help
As an unrecognize option, it will show you the supported parameters and 
command: run, test, install, database_cleanup

To install you need:

./citadel-/nnnnnnnnnn-xxx/.appimage install
