[Citadel Development] Database Recovery Tools

My database got corrupted and I tried to run the db_ tools and I got an error
about the recovery not being compiled in.  I did an easy install and the
same thing.  Can someone verify that db_verify does/does not work.  Other
tools had same error message.  I had to go into the database build and run
configure to generate the Makefile that would build it so it work work.
