I "mantain" the makefile-based builder, which is the core build backend
AND supports Microsoft compilers (sort of). Ged Murphy maintains the new
Visual Studio project generator (which is based on the makefile-based
builder), while the old project generator is a total orphan

yes, it's supposed to work. Yes, we accept fixes. No, you can't link
with the Microsoft linker when using the makefile-based builder (yet),
because I didn't write the build rules for it (yet). Yes, you will be
able to, eventually, and then use the makefile-based Visual Studio projects

Post them on bugzilla, assign them to me and Cc [email protected]

[email protected] and [email protected] are your men. I'd still
recommend using IRC though, as most of the developers hang out there

Alex Ionescu will wear your spleen like a hat for this. Discuss it with
him first if you want the remotest possibility of your scheduler being
accepted in the tree
