I don't think an NTFS driver would fit for that request as it will require a 
lot of time and knowledge, anyway, Arty is working on a CC/MM rewrite, you can 
check out the branch here: svn://svn.reactos.org/reactos/branches/arty-newcc

I second that, a NTFS driver would be very much appreciated. But
indeed we need to complete IFS support in the kernel, including CC.

I was told someone is working on CC right now. I also will need
CC and any IFS related support working to run windows over our kernel, so I’ll
also be working on it soon.

Who is working on CC and how is it going?

i was thinking in NTFS support
:P (yes, i mean to create a free and open source NTFS driver for ReactOS) 

but it needs a working cc before, i guess
