[ros-diffs] [reactos] 02/02: [NTOSKRNL] Use ExAllocatePoolWithQuotaTag() when allocating SystemBuffer for the IRP That way, in case the system lacks memory, an exception is thrown and IRP isn't sent to the device with NULL SystemBuffer.
