I suggest VM, because they're de facto more stable and it's easier to 
make screenshots with them. In VMware for example look in VM -> Capture 
screen.

But if you want to, then you can try to make them on real hw. However I 
don't know if PrintScreen key works.
And no camera made shots please, unless they are of crisp quality.
