I don't see any issue with the name Arwinss. It doesn't have the same structure as the traditional Win32, but is a hybrid between Windows' Win32 and Wine's, so Arwinss is a distinctive name to differentiate it from more mainstream implementations of Win32. I say keep the name Arwinss.
