Well, I'm probably not going to be very helpful, but you did mention that
you are using a 0.3.14 version, which, while being the latest official
release, is also very outdated, compared to todays state of the code. You
should also try the latest build to see whether the problem has been
solved. You can get recent nightly builds at
http://www.reactos.org/getbuilds/ . Keep in mind that the releases aren't
stable and different bugs may occur. If the problem still persists, perhaps
some of the developers can help you by. Also, if the problem has not been
solved, you should file a bug report in case one does not already exist.
