Hi, I attached a totally blank hard disk image to ReactOS, and I'd like to partition & format it. As I see, diskmgmt.msc is not available under ReactOS, and diskpart seems to be a stub, so I have no way to partition it under ReactOS, without installing 3rd party software, right?
