I noticed that omitting the override_existing does
not raise an exception; the redefinition is just
ignored.

Is that expected? I saw in the Rose::Object::MakeMethods
POD that "by default, attempting to create a method that
already exists will result in a fatal error."

And BTW, why would anyone keep default_update_changes_only
false? Are there some cases where updating only the
modified columns would miss changes or something?
