I have reengeneered the jar-file and I think it contains the java wrapper classes for connecting the REI via JNI.
I haven�t tried it, so do it for yourself (and let us know).

I have installed Rose 2001 and found a directory named java2rei. Can I use
this to write REI scripts in Java instead of Basic?
