Sorry I have not been able to find any way to disable this. Issue was in older versions of Rose you could get into trouble saving a model file that was larger than available disk space. File would get corrupted. DefectID: 1556 : DISK FULL condition - file still gets saved but is truncated. So this warning appears to alert you to this potential problem.
Best I can do at the moment is to file an enhancement request, so development can look at the issue. I do not have an immediate solution.
