I believe the Un-Official RationalRose.Com site has an Extensibility
Model for the Rose98 object-model that one could download from:
http://www.rationalrose.com/models/
However, if your Rose version is greater than Rose98 (e.g.
Rose2000, Rose2002, etc.), you can still download and load this Rose98
model, but it may not reflect the latest and complete REI object-model
for your installed Rose version.
Note that you may want to just create your own Rose Extensibility
Model, that reflects your current installed Rose version, by
reverse-engineering/Importing the RationalRose.tlb file into Rose located at
in the ~\Rational\Rose\ folder.
