This is the answer for Q 1.
If you have domain expertise you may identify the classes in advance.
This has to be done in logical view.Once the use case model is ready you have
to realise the Use Case. You have to identify the Key abstractions. Here you
dont have to make any relation. Then go to the Sequence diagram. Here you will
be identifying the classes paricipating and their operations. Then from the
coollaboration diagram create the VOPC for that use case and their
relationdhips. You will get a better idea.
Then define the layers and where you would like to place your business
objects. Identify the Archtectural elements ( entity,Control,Boundary).
