No, I have no idea what you're even talking about.  I guess I need to look 
into that, don't I? :)

I don't hear evidence of note duplication on my Sound Canvas, but I don't have 
a MIDI monitor handy to look at the stream.  I think someone gave me or 
pointed me at one recently.  Perhaps it was you?  :)

Anyway, no time at the moment, but I'll look into it further.  It could also 
be a fluidsynth bug too.  I should try feeding fluidsynth with pmidi or 
something.

Actually, I can do that right quick here...

Doubled notes.  I can hear them too, so it's not something as easy as a 
duplicate printf.

Well alrighty then, more Rosegarden trouble steered away from Rosegarden and 
onto someone else.  :)
