At the moment all of the Lilypond config stuff is done in a page of the main configuration dialog. How would it be if we removed that page from the dialog and instead made it a standalone dialog that comes up when you select Export Lilypond? In other words much as the Print dialog appears each time you print. It would still look the same and retrieve its values from and save them to the same configuration values, so no change behind the scenes.
The advantage would be that if we wanted to provide both Lilypond 1.x and 2.0 output, we could do so as an obvious option at the top of that dialog. That way it'd be immediately apparent what you're going to get when you export.
