No, only Silvan does (or at least used to), and at that time he was more or
less in charge of that bit. Before that it used to be /home/glaurent :-).
Anyway, that's not really important, I used to have a cronjob to
automatically rebuild and upload the docs but it's been disabled for quite a
while since many of our headers (in base/) where more than what doxygen could
ingest and the resulting output was rather crappy.
