I'm not sure if this is a known issue but it looks like selecting notes and dragging to move them is broken in the score editor. I tried both the stable and CVS versions (as of Sunday) and both have problems with this. For example, in a four bar segment placing two quarter notes at the start and then dragging them forward one beat results in one quarter placed at the 3rd beat and one dropped in the last measure, last beat of the song. As a minor nit-pick, dragging single notes around does not have this problem but results in incorrect rendering of the rests in the source measure (i.e. four quarter rests instead of a whole rest).
