Except that you could replace it with one that works, if you make one.

btw re rotary/fader controls -- I think we should make it so that both 
rotaries and faders reset to "default value" (_not_ centre unless 
there is no default available) on middle mouse click.  Keep 
right-click for centring rotaries if you really want it, but we might 
potentially want a menu there at some point.  What d'you reckon?  I 
got the impression from the long discussion about such stuff on LAD 
the other day that that middle-button would be a reasonable choice.
