If this is not a bug, please say so, otherwise I'll log it on sf. In the notation editor, it is possible to write annotations on a score using the "Annotations" type of text label. Unfortunately in printed scores and in any of the paged-layout modes -- "Continuous Page Layout" mode and "Multiple Page Layout" mode -- annotations usually overlap the staves. For example, open the file "notation-for-string-orchestra-in-D-minor.rg" which is included in the RG distribution in the notation editor and select a paged-layout mode from the "View" menu. Observe that 18 of the 25 different annotation boxes overlap the staves.
Suggestion: If the gaps between staves were adjustable then either RG or the user could increase the space between staves to be able to fit the annotations, as in RFE #998281 "Notation: Gaps between staves to be adjustable" https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=998281&group_id=4932&atid=354932 William ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by OSTG.
