I'm noticing that the behavior trying to use the segment pencil to draw out an initial segment of several measures has become pretty flaky. It doesn't want to scroll, then it scrolls in fits and spurts, then it brrrrrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTTTTTTTTs almost to the end of the composition in a flash. It's unwieldy, and I think someone probably broke this recently.
