Curiously I can't reproduce that with the proffered file. I see parenthesis in your pixmap, so I set my accidental policy to "require cautionary reset" but that only affects the following bar, and there's only one bar here. That jumble of nonsensical jibberish on that last chord doesn't appear at all. (I'm running CVS up to date as of a couple days ago.) Any idea how I can reproduce this?
