Right now I look for chords in two locations:

        - User directory (TODO - need a default location for user defined
chord
                         files. For example: $(HOME)/.rosegarden/chords read
                        from rosegarden config file)
        - /usr/kde/<kdeversion>/share/apps/rosegarden/chords

We could create a simple command line tool that reads in a set of all
possible chords and creates a massive list of chords. This tool would
then save all files into a set of chord files based on upon their scale
for ease of editing.

The way I wrote the guitar chord parser it is separate from the GUI. So
using it with a new command line program is easy.
