Yep, same situation here. Here's how to fix it:

It's probably easier to just edit gui/segmentparameterbox.cpp and
add the "if(i>200) break;" line at line 344 instead of patching. This
will limit the number of segment colors to 200 so it doesn't take up
the whole screen.
