You must have been running 1.0, or your CVS build has a different value for the #ifdef in sequencemanager.cpp. I just checked, and by default that dialog is completely #ifdef'd out in CVS. There is no xrun warning at all in the current CVS of Rosegarden. Of course, we probably should have one -- but a less intrusive one.
