That's effectively what happens if you uncheck the Program checkbox in the IPB, isn't it? (Apart from the bit about actually allowing you to do your own program change management of course.) The bit I was wondering was whether if you _did_ check that checkbox, it should override any and all program changes in the track with the one set in the IPB, or not. I'm ambivalent, Michael thinks not.
