That's definitely the critical factor on my screen. The only reason the colour combo is so wide is that it stretches to fill the space available. The minimum width of the box is determined by the accumulated widths of the Quantize label, Quantize combo, Transpose label, and Delay combo -- even though these aren't all on the same row, they have no way to overlap in the grid layout.
