There are still several known issues to work out, but it's working, and I went
ahead and committed it. I've put 2.5 solid days into what looks like not
terribly much code, and I'm going to blow off for the rest of today, and
spend some time outside before it starts raining again.

Attached is what I get when I hit File -> Preview with Lilypond on the demo
piece I just added. It demonstrates what I think must be a bug Heiki
introduced. Look at the extra leavings at the tail end of this. Has the
export always appended extra junk measures in a case where the longest
segment exported was shorter than the composition end marker? I don't
*think* so, but I'm not positive.

It needs fixing, but is not directly related to this new work. It just needs
to go away in order to make the new work more usable. The idea being to
reduce hand editing of .ly files down to as close to nothing as possible.

In addition to the bugs I mentioned in the commit log, I realize I have not
tested this with any version other than 2.6.x, and I have no idea if special
accommodations are required for other versions. If so, no provision has been
made for those accommodations.

Anyway, I'm happy. This really kicked my ass, but I figured it out, and it
WORKS! Glee!

Having to put these things in the bar ahead of where they take effect is kind
of lame, but it simplifies finding and doing something with them. I want to
extend this immediately to offer control over how the next barline will be
drawn, in this same fasion. || -> |. -> and so forth.

I no longer have any immediate plans to do something more pretty with these
than the lame green boxes. I'd rather work on adding new exportables, and I
don't know if I even care how these display in the GUI as long as they work.
This whole feature is a kludge anyway, and there are only a couple of these
that could conceivably be displayed in a graphically useful manner in the GUI
anyway.
