The issue started earlier, with revision 7155 committed by Michael on Feb 22
(finish converting lilypondio entirely over to Pitch, fix bugs in Pitch that
were mangling E# and other hated friends). Then I've committed the revision
7194 on April 9 (bug#1466805. Lilypond >= 2.6 needs text encoded as utf8). On
top of these two revisions there are the many more revisions by Hekki Junes
including a mix of features and fixes. Advices would be appreciated.

I've committed two more fixes from trunk:
* bug#920879 (incorrect MIDI Text Marker export)
* bug#1485643 (crash erasing a duplicated key signature)

And also:
* updated Catalan translation, by Quim Perez Noguer

BTW, one of the previous fixes was related to i18n issues (bug#1480689),
reported by the Swedish translator Erik Magnus Johansson. I would like to
ring the bell of the translation team, so they can update their translations
too. Should we include the Finnish translation? It is already at trunk.

Viva la France! Viva la Republique!
I like the date, and I don't like soccer.
