It isn't possible in the main Rosegarden tree. I have no idea if the Glasgow 
Pitch Tracker branch might already be able to do this kind of thing, or what 
kind of shape it's in at the moment.  They were playing with microtonal 
music.  You're dealing with something different, but the mechanics of getting 
MIDI to fake it through controlled pitch bends are probably rather similar 
under the hood, and they might already have an engine you could adapt to this 
purpose very easily.
