Oh, I didn't actually open OldNotationView to see that. I was just keyword
searching NoteInserter.h and RestInserter.h and only found OldNotationView to
be using them.
That changes things.

Well, thank you Chris. That means a lot. I have to admit that I was pretty
proud of that bit of code myself and everything was pretty straight forward
with the branch and merge as well.
