Right now the rg wiki doesn't allow MIDI files to be uploaded. Can
we add that? From what I've gathered we need to add the following line
to a conf/mime.local.conf file for dokuwiki:
mid !audio/midi
We should probably also add rosegarden files as well if we don't
already have it. Something like this?
rg !audio/rosegarden
The bang (!) says don't try to play it in the browser, offer for
download only. Seems reasonable for now.
