Just pushed my rewrite of the Tempo and Time Signature editor.
Please test latest git.
You can get to the Tempo and Time Signature editor via the main menu:
Composition > Open Tempo and Time Signature Editor
It should be much more stable and handle large numbers of tempos and
time signatures better than before.
This work is in preparation for implementing feature request 467 (RPN
and NRPN support).
