Nicholas Bredimus. The "Federal Statutes Relating to Crimes Against Children" page only lists paragraphs (a) and (b) of section 2423. It appears that any stipulated violation of Section 2423(e) is probably supposed to be stipulated as a violation of Section 2423(b).
