Project Scope. Lead CCE team through development of data standards, governance organization, governance processes, and detailed data processes for the Customer Data Domain. Leverage existing CCE EMD Strategy, Enterprise standards and data discovery/investigation from the prior 18 months of effort. May also include advising on Entity activities. Develop CCE's capability to manage and implement EMD on an independent basis.
