AS 8283 is ignoring the route. They should update their ROA, and perhaps use the opportunity to align IRR with their announcements as well: http://irrexplorer.nlnog.net/search/217.109.0.0/16 I'll send someone I know over there a note that they might want to look into this. Kind regards, Job
