Dear Routing WG, The review phase for proposal 2025-02: "Revocation of Persistently Non-functional Delegated RPKI CAs" ended on 5 September. Thanks to everyone that participated in the discussion.

Additional comments: Tim Bruijnzeels agreed with Theo Buehler's suggestion to clarify, in the wording of the first paragraph of the impact Analysis, that the period triggering a non-functional CA revocation would start from the nextUpdate timestamp expiry. Job Snijder agreed with the RIPE NCC understanding of his proposal. Based on the feedback received from the Working Group, we declare that rough consensus has been achieved for this proposal and ask RIPE NCC Policy Officer to follow up announcing the start of the Concluding Phase (Last call).
