In what way would you improve it though? It's clearly *good* for  
drivers right now and *bad* for villagers. On a most-benefit POV,  
you'd have to measure the discomfort to each party to see which is  
better. As a driver who doesn't live in somerset, I vote keep it as a  
rat run.
