It seems so.. I tried fixing up the access tags on the ferry I
montioned, but a nearby one was OK to start with & had the same bug..

4Km/h is about the spped of those ferries, + maybe a 1/2 hour wait - I
don't think 'turn up on spec & see' can be catered for, but they do ask
you to be present 30mins before sailing so 2-3Km/h seems reasonable?
Longer stretches of water tend to get faster boats, and the docking
takes the same time for any, so it varies between instances.

Fair enough - I haven't delved into that much, as yet.
