Javad, The best solution depends on many facts.
For example if you are interested in a large, densely mapped region with many different vehicles, then Gosmore is the only practical choice for a back end. If are using OpenLayers inside Joomla and you want to support via points and allow export to gpx, then you can to look at the YOURS front end. My version of YOURS (the Osm.org Routing Demo) may be easier to integrate with another OpenLayers deployment, but it is far from perfect.
