The UN Mission for Ebola Emergency Response (UNMEER) prepares to collect data on road time travel. With the rainy season approaching soon, it is important for the logistic of the operations to have realistic travel time taking into consideration the road infrastructure and the difficulty to travel in rainy season. They asked us to organize a discussion with the OpenStreetMap community developpers about adapting the Routing tools to take into account the reality of the West Africa countries.
