William, I believe you're referring to an e-mail sent on 1/15, that announced a *tentatively* scheduled meeting with X12N/TG3/WG2 (ref below). I take it from your previous message that it is no longer tentative and plans have been finalized.
Might I also request that the Final Agenda on the X12 web site (ref below), be updated to reflect the actual topic being discussed.
