Informal Pike meet-up in September?

I was having a chat with some other pike developers and the idea of  
having an informal get together sometime in late September came up.  
I'm planning on being in Europe some time after the 25th of  
September, so perhaps others might be interested in joining (since we  
seem to be out of time to plan a formal conference this year)? A  
suggestion of Northern France was thrown out as a starting point in  
the discussion, though I'm not necessarily set on the location...

Any interest, comments, suggestions?
