  Added:       src/java/org/apache/xmlrpc AuthenticationFailed.java
  Log:
  An interface used to mark authentication failures.  For instance, a
  class might implement this interface and sub-class
  java.security.acl.AclNotFoundException to indicate that a user does
  not exist, providing an appropriate message via the getMessage() API.
