1. We need all files in http://xml.apache.org/dist/xmlrpc/release/v1.2-b1/ to be moved to the appropriate place on ws.apache.org.
2. What is the procedure to update the ws.apache.org web site with our announcement? I'd like to synchronize the announcements on all the appropriate channels.
