This bug has been fixed in the development version of MinML. As this project seems to be preparing for another release and there are several issues with MinML outstanding (the use of encodings in the XML declaration and the incompatibility of the MinML BSD licence with the GPL) would it be worth trying to update the version of MinML used before the release?
