I have done a bit more research and if I understand it correctly the 9550 Phenom is capable of about 4400 MIPS per core, which roughly translates to about 100 host instructions per emulated SA110 instruction. I hadn't expected such a high overhead. Is there any prospect of seeing the 'true' recompiler soon? > > > I should report that I had an error trying to build rev127. Do you know if anyone is actively working on the Linux version?
